I found Irina through recommendations and cannot praise her enough! Despite not being first time buyers and knowing a lot about the house buying process and the mortgage market, we found Irina's help absolutely invaluable for a smooth and speedy transaction. She explained everything in granular detail tailoring her information to our level of experience. She is truly a whole of market broker - we compared her offers to those available publicly on comparison websites and ended up with a better deal than was available online! Irina answered every single one of our questions efficiently, quickly and thoroughly - we had a lot of demands and wanted to discuss different LTV scenarios, she was extremely helpful and helped us understand the different options, whilst explaining risks and rewards of different mortgage offers.Irina was instrumental in speeding up the process for us and chasing the bank, all the while keeping us updated of the progress on a daily basis. When the bank came back making a mistake, Irina quickly rectified the issue with them and got us an even better offer than originally!
