Mortgage Application - Authority to Proceed (ATP)

This document confirms the fees and terms and conditions that apply to our work with you. It does this by confirming:

• which documents you have been issued with, upon which we can both rely
• any specific fees agreed with you for providing advice, implementation, or ongoing services
• the method of payment of those fees and cash equivalent examples where required

Mortgage Advice & Implementation Fees:

1. For Residential Mortgage/Buy-to-Let Mortgage - £499, split into two payments

• £199 application fee (non-refundable)
• £300 upon receiving the mortgage offer.

2. For Residential Mortgages/Buy-to-Let Mortgage for Company Directors, Low or Adverse Credit Score, or Complex Cases - £599, split into two payments

• £199 application fee (non-refundable)
• £400 upon receiving the mortgage offer.

3. For Residential or Buy-to-Let Remortgage:

• Remortgaging with the Current Lender (Product Switch/Transfer) - £0 (no fee)
• Remortgaging with a New Lender - £199 (paid on application)
• Remortgaging with Additional Borrowing - £299 (paid on application).

Financial Agent Solutions Ltd's standard policy is to recommend a protection needs analysis with their advisor following the recommendation or acquisition of a mortgage or remortgage. We will ALWAYS advise you to protect the mortgage payment in the event of illness, accident, or death.
